Seçil Yaylal? vil fortælle om sine seneste projekter. Projekterne behandler forskellige sociale grupper på specifikke steder i diverse socialt belastede områder med unge arbejdende indvandrere(Diyarbakir, Istanbul/Tyrkiet), et psykiatrisk hospital(Novara/Italien) samt et uformelt center for teenagere (Alexandria/Egypten, Berlin/Tyskland). I projekterne forsøger hun at at skabe et miljø der støtter selvbevidsthed, kommunikation og samarbejds projekter i forhold til deltajernes specifikke behov. Hendes arbejde er procesorienteret og former kunstværkets struktur. Hun foretrækker at samarbejde med lokale kunstnere og relationer.

Seçil Yaylal? er en tyrkisk kunstner med baggrund i byplanlægning, kunst og design resulterende i en bred kunstpraksis i deltajerorienterede kunst projekter. Hun arbejder på sin disputats omhandlende Temporary Public Art Projects in FU Art history department - Berlin.

Seçil Yaylal? will tell about her recent projects. They are with different social groups in diverse specific locations such as disadvantaged areas with immigrant youth workers (Diyarbakir, Istanbul/Turkey), a psychiatric hospital with patients (Novara/Italy), informal youth centers with teenagers (Alexandria/Egypt; Berlin/Germany). In each project she tries to create an environment that supports self-awareness, communication and collaborative production according to the specific needs/wills of participants. Her work is mainly process based considering the outcome of the product to support the self-confidence of participant. In her projects participants shape the structure of the end product/art work. She prefers to work in collaboration with local artists and a local association.

Seçil Yaylal? is a Turkish artist with the background in urban planning, art & design results in a wide-ranging artistic practice in participatory art projects. She is working on a dissertation which is about Temporary Public Art Projects in FU Art history department - Berlin.
